About The Position

As a Consultant, you will partner to drive projects that seek to tackle Fidelity’s most pressing business challenges. The Consultant works on an all-star team in support of Fidelity’s business challenges and emerging initiatives. You will contribute and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your points of view towards a broader business conversation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Experience with team project work, general management, and/or analytics and conceptual problem solving
• Analytically minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expert ability to create business insights
• Measured, focused and results driven individual and an ambitious team player
• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations
• High degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations
• Tenacious attitude and intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
• Confident and strive for continuous self-improvement

Nice To Haves

• Prior management consulting, strategy, financial services or similar experience preferred
