About The Position

LIDD is hiring a Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning Practice. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want to build a career in supply chain consulting and supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro). You will work alongside senior consultants and architects on real client engagements from day one, with structured mentorship, training, and a clear path to certification and advancement. Our Consultants help our clients plan their supply chains. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will: Support consulting engagements through data analysis, documentation, and deliverable production (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Assist in current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and process mapping. Participate in Kinaxis Maestro implementation projects: data preparation, configuration support, testing, and user training materials. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical models supporting client deliverables. Take meeting notes, track action items, and help maintain project documentation. Learn and apply LIDD's consulting methodology and deliverable standards. Pursue Kinaxis Author Level 1 certification within the first 6 months. Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposal development, sales materials, and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (typically 10-25%).

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, consulting, or operations.
  • Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or other data tools.
  • Coursework or projects involving demand planning, S&OP, or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with any supply chain planning software.
  • Bilingualism in French and English to serve clients outside of Quebec.
