This role focuses on proactive endpoint automation within Workplace Technology Support (WTS), aiming to create a more proactive, predictive, and seamless support experience. As part of the Personal Computing Team (PCT), this role will contribute to shaping the future of endpoint support through telemetry-driven operations, automation, intelligent workflows, and modern support solutions. The team is collaborative and works across WTS and Corporate Technology Solutions & Digital Workplace to evolve technology support. This is an opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives transforming enterprise support operations and driving a more connected, data-driven support model. The ideal candidate will have strong endpoint engineering expertise, automation, scripting, platform integration, and telemetry-driven operations skills, along with collaboration and influencing abilities. The team utilizes a modern endpoint and digital workplace ecosystem including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows OS, ServiceNow, Zscaler, 1E, and Panagenda.
