Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow in 1 or more of the following areas; ServiceNow solution architecture, scoped applications, workflows, scripting, data models, UI experiences, and integrations
  • Technical leadership across requirements, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance
  • ServiceNow Impact advisory, value management, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and organizational change management
  • Federal compliance, including DCSA RMF/ATO processes, security, governance, and platform roadmaps
  • Procurement workflow automation, including integrations with APMS, DFAS, and WAWF using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
  • Platform operations, incident resolution, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, documentation, and user support
  • Leadership of development teams, sprint reviews, junior developers, technical quality, and delivery milestones
  • ServiceNow solutions supporting HR services, IT service management, procurement, and enterprise operations
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience supporting federal government or defense clients
  • 1+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), human resources service delivery, procurement, or enterprise operations use cases in ServiceNow
  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow solution design, workflow automation, or platform integration
  • Experience supporting compliance, governance, or security requirements in a federal environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal and defense clients
  • Contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing platform support
  • Developing or supporting workflows, integrations, user experiences, and data models within the ServiceNow platform
  • Assisting with platform modernization efforts, including upgrades, performance optimization, documentation, and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to support delivery milestones and mission outcomes
