Appian Customer Success is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation. You will work throughout the entire project life-cycle to define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions using Appian’s platform. This includes working within an agile environment to understand client business processes and technical needs, launching new relational data models in production, and developing APIs for system integration. You will also brainstorm AI use cases, implement Appian’s AI tools using techniques like retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models. Collaboration with client technical teams and business users is key, as is driving adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient.
