We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Consultant Talent Solutions – Career Transition Coach. This unique role combines expert coaching delivery with strategic HR consultation to serve both our career transition participants and our corporate clients. In this role, you will provide personalized coaching and guidance to individuals navigating career transitions while also leveraging your HR expertise to support our corporate clients with HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career transition coaching, career development, coaching, presentation skills, and human resources, with the ability to effectively engage and support individuals in their career journeys while providing strategic HR guidance to organizations.
