About The Position

The Deloitte Greenhouse team is seeking an authentic, motivated, organized, and creative Consultant with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to join the Executive and Team Experiences team. This role involves splitting time between Deloitte offices in New Brunswick, NJ, and New York City. The individual will help clients tackle business problems by designing and delivering both physical and virtual environments that enable leaders and their teams to achieve desired outcomes. The role focuses on advancing client careers, team effectiveness, business performance, deepening client relationships, and supporting firm growth priorities through unique market-shaping experiences and programs. The Consultant will interact extensively with senior Deloitte clients across all industries and functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years professional work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Well-developed analytical skills - ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete bullet points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable with learning and upskilling in new tech platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 25% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Managing multiple priorities across fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Working independently and proactively to drive execution across multiple teams
  • Managing & synthesizing large amounts of complex qualitative and quantitative information into audience-tailored insights

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the experience design, including planning, producing, and managing all experience materials and tools (physical or digital).
  • Participating in and documenting design sessions, researching as part of the design effort.
  • Managing pre-experience interviews as appropriate, and creating an immersive experience for participants.
  • Participating in day-of experience delivery, including managing materials and technology, sharing content, playing music, serving as the main logistics point of contact.
  • Facilitating break-out activities under the mentorship and guidance of Experience Managers and Experience Leads.
  • Updating materials in real-time as needed.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation for each experience, capturing notes, synthesizing, and organizing information for documentation purposes.
  • Managing logistics and providing operational support and project management for assigned Executive & Team experiences and other events in the XA ecosystem.
  • Adhering to milestones, escalating potential risks, conducting necessary reporting efforts for the team, and maintaining appropriate document management systems and team collaboration infrastructure.
  • Supporting national or local special projects and testing creative and innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Executive & Team experience portfolio.
