We are seeking to hire a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Strategic Advisory Services division to start in June 2027. This role would be based out of our headquarters in Rochester, NY.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or a similar concentration.
  • Consultants typically have 0-12 months of similar job experience.
  • Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, self-confidence, and be self-motivated and capable of working productively in a professional environment.
  • Must be conscientious, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

  • Gather primary-source information by conducting phone interviews with business executives
  • Prepare call outlines and synthesize interview findings
  • Draft client-ready diligence reports and investment memos
  • Gather secondary-source information from a variety of other sources
  • Analyzing information and producing qualitative summaries to guide clients in making investment decisions
  • Review of new project scope, engagement background, and deliverables
