About The Position

We assist clients in achieving Digital and AI Laboratory Transformation by co-creating and applying digital technologies to revolutionize scientific and laboratory processes. Our team comprises individuals with scientific and laboratory informatics expertise, strategic business consulting experience, and knowledge of industry platforms. We employ an innovative approach and global scale across various industries, leveraging digital technologies such as GenAI, Agentic SI solutions, automation, IoT, analytics, and cloud. We fundamentally redesign the scientific user experience to help clients better capture, manage, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data, thereby improving research, development, and manufacturing, enhancing quality, ensuring compliance, reducing time to market, and boosting operational efficiency. As a team member, you will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and processes used by leading companies and government agencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).
  • Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client location.

Responsibilities

  • Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques to redesign the scientific user experience.
  • Shape client transformation visions, focus areas, and journeys from current to future enterprise environments.
  • Reimagine, plan, and execute on how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape.
  • Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases.
  • Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions, including strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions, to achieve transformational goals.
  • Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
  • Collaborate with client leaders to ensure buy-in for recommended solutions.
  • Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Agentic Lab Capabilities, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud.
  • Help clients better capture, handle, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data.
