Requirements

5+ years' post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing.
Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
A passion for client service and ability to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Experience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfers of equity work.
Experience with freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter.

Responsibilities

Manage residential conveyancing transactions, including sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfers of equity.
Deliver an exceptional client experience.
Utilize the MyEden case management system for efficient working.
Handle freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Provide technical legal advice and support to clients.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial aspects of transactions with support from the finance team.
Handle legal admin tasks with support from the centralized admin team.
Utilize sales support for client quotes and follow-up activities.
Oversee client onboarding and case setup with support from the Welcome Team.
Provide cover for other consultants' cases during leave.
