The ideal candidate will have: A strong process improvement mindset with the ability to analyze, simplify, and operationalize complex workflows across multiple stakeholders Advanced data and technical skills, including Excel (pivot tables) and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally (e.g., IT, underwriting, operations) and presenting to leadership Demonstrated project leadership and execution, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive outcomes from concept through implementation High level of business acumen and accountability, with the ability to build business cases, evaluate ROI, and ensure accuracy in data and recommendations.
