About The Position

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior regarding spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including major sports and entertainment entities. We are hiring a Consultant of Partnership Strategy to focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. This role will concentrate on analytical solutions (partnership evaluations, partnership valuations) and advisory solutions (Go-to-market, partnership strategy). You will join a fast-paced team trusted to deliver impact and value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep relationships and knowledge base with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers globally to create strategies that drive brand value and business results for clients and their partners.
  • Curate strategy for clients based upon market trends, measurement, value drivers, and potential opportunities.
  • Identify client value and objectives, and curate strategy around positioning and offerings in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate work to inform strategy for key partner programs and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of select partnerships, focusing on working directly with client team members, executing deliverables, measuring/analyzing data points, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are produced according to SOW, on-time, and aligned with client expectations and budgets.
  • Combine KPI insights and technological expertise with research tools to inform strategy, platform development, partnership evaluation, and ROI/ROO value.
  • Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, demonstrating performance across various data types and sources.
  • Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision-making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives updated and identify new opportunities.
