About The Position

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We collaborate with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior regarding spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Our expertise is then used to drive growth in both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business revenues. Our platforms and services are utilized by over 1000 clients globally, including prominent organizations like the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With over 1000 employees across 15 offices, we serve a diverse range of sports and entertainment businesses worldwide. We are seeking a Consultant of Partnership Strategy to contribute to current and future projects for both rights holders and brand clients. This role will concentrate on analytical solutions such as partnership evaluations and valuations, as well as advisory solutions including go-to-market strategies and overall partnership strategy. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team recognized for delivering impact and value to rights holders and brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep relationships and knowledge base with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers globally to create strategies that drive brand value and business results for clients and their partners.
  • Curate client strategies based on market trends, measurement, value drivers, and potential opportunities.
  • Identify client value and objectives, and curate strategies around positioning and offerings in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate work to inform strategy for key partner programs and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of select partnerships, working directly with client team members, executing deliverables, measuring/analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are produced according to SOW, on time, and aligned with client expectations and budgets.
  • Combine unique insights, technological expertise, trade and proprietary research tools to inform strategy, platform development, partnership evaluation, and ROI/ROO value.
  • Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, demonstrating partner performance using various data types and sources.
  • Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision-making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives informed and identify new opportunities.
