We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the PACE team, someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, motivated by the impact they can have in a transforming environment, and eager to contribute to high value‑added projects. Requirements

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, gained within organizations known for the excellence and rigor of their practices, or within comparable high‑performing corporate environments.
  • Creative thinker with a practical and strategic mindset, and a strong ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively, build strong internal networks, and support clients.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the perseverance and determination required to address complex challenges.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Canada and internationally.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Rio Tinto is a global company and the duties of this position may require daily collaboration with colleagues, teams, or partners based outside Quebec.

  • Work closely with Rio Tinto leaders to support, structure, and deliver strategic and operational projects with a long-term perspective.
  • Analyze data, develop hypotheses, make practical recommendations, and support their implementation on the ground.
