As a member of our Modern Productivity team, the Consultant will play a pivotal role in steering organizations through the transformation of their collaboration and document management solutions, enabling our clients to be more effective and efficient. Your experience and understanding of Microsoft’s productivity technologies will be essential for executing service delivery, engaging in sales discussions, conducting readiness assessments, and scoping projects. You’ll drive successful implementations, migrations, and positive user experiences using your expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform technologies, CoPilot, Purview, Entra ID, and Exchange Online. Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, this position operates 40 hours per week, with business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role demands the ability to balance multiple project priorities and deadlines with potential requirements for after-hours work and/or travel based on project needs. This position is critical to the success of our clients, with the Consultant, Modern Productivity playing an integral role in client engagement.
