About The Position

As a Consultant within the Medical & Scientific Affairs Practice at Putnam you will help lead and manage a team of Associate & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects across all our practice areas. Working with Managers and Partners you will: Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test. Break down and structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work. Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients. Prepare and deliver key findings and recommendations against key business problem to clients. Coach junior staff on project execution and management. Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience with other top-tier consulting firms.
Proven analytic abilities.
Presentation skills.
Team management experience.
A team-oriented attitude.
A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is also a prerequisite.

Nice To Haves

Relevant analytical/programming experiences in life science industry is a plus.
Global medical affairs experience.
Asset Development and Launch Plan Strategy.
Experience leveraging AI and data analytics in client case work.
