About The Position

The Marketing & Customer Strategy (MCS) discipline within Lippincott's Strategy practice applies customer science to creative and strategic challenges. MCS is founded on the belief that effective strategy stems from a deep understanding of the target audience, their needs, and how to engage them. This role blends human insight with data analytics, making it a rapidly growing area of the firm. As a Consultant on the MCS team, you will learn by doing, focusing on the 'why' behind customer attitudes and behaviors. You will use analytical rigor and creative curiosity to transform data into actionable recommendations for clients. While not expected to have all the answers initially, you will be encouraged to ask insightful questions, develop your own perspectives, and grow through hands-on coaching from experienced professionals. Daily tasks may include developing customer targeting strategies, designing go-to-market offerings, or building financial models for marketing investments. The work is challenging, diverse, and directly impacts critical business decisions.
