We are seeking an experienced Consultant – Leave of Absence (LOA) & ADA to support multiple (1–3) client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment at Alliant Human Capital. This role is ideal for a seasoned corporate HR professional with deep expertise in Leave Administration, ADA accommodations, and employee relations who thrives in a client-facing, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on corporate LOA/ADA experience supporting complex employee populations, partnering with legal and HR teams, and managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases across multiple states and jurisdictions.
