About The Position

We are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our Consulting Services team at the Staff or Senior level. As an evergreen posting, we hire across experience levels, prioritizing the right match for our team. If you have a Deltek CRM background and you understand how professional services firms manage their business development and client relationships, we want to hear from you. CRM Consultants at FSP work with clients to implement, configure, and optimize the Deltek CRM suite - helping architecture, engineering, and consulting firms get better visibility into their pipelines, manage their marketing campaigns, and connect their business development activity to their project work. You will be a trusted advisor to clients who are trying to make their CRM system actually work for them. The right candidate understands marketing and business development processes at professional services firms, knows their way around the Deltek CRM modules, and is comfortable being in front of clients. We can help with all the rest.

Requirements

  • Genuine Deltek CRM knowledge.
  • Comfort in front of clients.
  • Ability to translate how a firm does business development into how the system should be configured.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint CRM - either as a consultant or as a power user at a professional services firm.
  • Understanding of how AE and consulting firms manage their business development, marketing campaigns, and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with core CRM module areas including Firms, Contacts, Projects, In Pursuit, and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Comfort working directly with clients - you can run a meeting, keep things on track, and follow up clearly on open items.
  • Clear written and verbal communication - you can explain a system configuration in plain English to someone who is not a Deltek expert.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - or the kind of hands-on experience that makes the degree irrelevant.
  • Staff level: 1-5 years of Deltek CRM experience.
  • Senior level: 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting delivery role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering Deltek CRM implementations as a consultant, not just as an end user.
  • Knowledge of advanced CRM features - custom proposals, Outlook Connect, advanced reporting, and data migration.
  • Experience with Blackbox Marketing integrations such as MailChimp or Constant Contact.
  • Familiarity with the Vision to Vantagepoint upgrade process as it relates to CRM security and project setup.
  • A track record of mentoring colleagues.
  • Any exposure to Deltek's development-adjacent tools - custom UDICs, workflows, or BI reporting - is a genuine differentiator.
  • At the Senior level, you lead implementations independently, own the client relationship from kickoff through go-live, and are beginning to draft proposals and develop your Blackbox Marketing integration expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to implement and configure Deltek CRM modules - from initial discovery through go-live. That means running configuration sessions, helping clients map their business development processes into the system, managing your project schedule, and making sure clients understand the tool when you are done.
  • Build and maintain ongoing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their marketing and business development workflows, help them solve problems in the system, and keep their implementation moving. At the Senior level, you will own that relationship independently from kickoff through project close.
  • Contribute to the practice by mentoring less-experienced colleagues, contributing to internal knowledge resources, participating in proposals and scoping conversations, and occasionally representing FSP at conferences or webinars.
  • Develop deep expertise in the full business development lifecycle - pipeline management, marketing campaign strategy, proposal automation, and Blackbox Marketing integrations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries based on experience and level.
  • Discretionary bonus program.
  • Health insurance - FSP covers 100% of your individual premium and 50% of dependent coverage in our most popular plan, with multiple UnitedHealthcare plan options including HSA-eligible plans. Coverage begins the first of the month following your hire date.
  • 401(k) with match - company matches 100% on the first 3% of your contribution and 50% on the next 2%, for an effective 4% match on the first 5% you put in. Eligible after 3 months.
  • PTO - up to 160 hours per year in your first five years, 200 hours after that. Available after your 90-day probationary period.
  • 8 paid holidays annually.
  • 16 hours of paid volunteer time annually.
  • Equipment allowance - up to $250/month reimbursement for phone, internet, and cell service.
  • Flexible schedule - fully remote with flexible hours.
  • Dental and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance.
  • Short and long-term disability.
  • FSA.
  • EAP.
  • Voluntary supplemental coverage.
