About The Position

The Consultant Engagement Manager plays a critical role in building and growing Evergreen’s consultant network by developing strong, lasting relationships and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This position is responsible for managing key aspects of the candidate lifecycle, with a focus on attracting new candidates via traditional sourcing methods, referrals management, and brand engagement. In addition, this individual partners closely with consultants throughout their Evergreen journey and position Evergreen as their partner of choice for future opportunities. The Consultant Engagement Manager also ensures accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (HubSpot) and collaborates with internal teams to optimize the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience. Requirements

  • Proficiency in core enterprise systems (i.e. O365, HubSpot & Workday), the ability to learn and effectively utilize role-specific systems and tools.
  • Aptitude for learning and applying AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and supporting company growth and scaling efforts.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Evergreen and with external partners.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field; or 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Evergreen.
  • Experience building relationships and communicating professionally with candidates, consultants, customers, or internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing and consultant network development — support consultant pipeline growth through sourcing, outreach, re-engagement, and candidate relationship management.
  • Candidate outreach and placement coordination — support active job outreach by putting together consultant shortlists and engaging with key consultants to get them ready for submission.
  • Consultant engagement and readiness — maintain ongoing consultant communication to support engagement, availability tracking, and placement readiness.
  • Recruiting operations and talent brand support — maintain recruiting data integrity while representing Evergreen’s culture and consultant-first experience in all candidate interactions.
  • Conduct sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality talent.
  • Support consultant network growth through proactive sourcing, outreach, re-engagement, and relationship management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to support engagement, availability tracking, and placement readiness.
  • Re-engage past consultants through text outreach, email campaigns, and reconnect conversations to support future opportunities.
  • Proactively reconnect with candidates whose availability date falls within 60 days to assess readiness for new submissions.
  • Assist with resume prioritization, updates, and conversion efforts for high-priority candidates.
  • Partner with Consultant Engagement team members to test and implement new sourcing strategies, outreach tactics, and engagement approaches to strengthen pipeline development in emerging or hard-to-fill skill areas.
  • Collaborate with Consultant Engagement Directors to develop candidate shortlists for active job opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate submission information and documentation, including preparation of VMS cover letters, candidate highlights, and submission materials to ensure candidates are ready for submission to new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system (HubSpot) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Represent Evergreen’s culture and consultant-first experience in all candidate interactions.
  • Maintain recruiting data integrity and support operational consistency across recruiting processes and systems.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve Evergreen’s talent brand, candidate experience, outreach messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Share market feedback and candidate insights with leadership and recruiting team members to support continuous improvement and informed talent strategies.
