The Consultant Engagement Manager plays a critical role in building and growing Evergreen’s consultant network by developing strong, lasting relationships and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This position is responsible for managing key aspects of the candidate lifecycle, with a focus on attracting new candidates via traditional sourcing methods, referrals management, and brand engagement. In addition, this individual partners closely with consultants throughout their Evergreen journey and position Evergreen as their partner of choice for future opportunities. The Consultant Engagement Manager also ensures accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (HubSpot) and collaborates with internal teams to optimize the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
