The Consultant Engagement Director (CED) is a high-impact, relationship-driven recruiting leader responsible for building and managing consultant pipelines and leading full lifecycle recruiting efforts across Evergreen’s active client opportunities. This role owns the recruitment process from pipeline oversight and outreach through screening, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and first placement, while aligning consultant capabilities and career goals with client partner needs. The CED plays a critical role in overseeing and engaging with a strong pipeline of ready-to-deploy consultants, managing active jobs with urgency and ownership, and partnering cross-functionally to support placement success and exceptional consultant and client experiences. The person in this role actively contributes to our culture of belonging, where everyone feels welcome and supported.
