About The Position

FTI Consulting is seeking innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated students for a full-time Consultant opportunity upon graduation. This role is within the Corporate Finance segment, one of FTI Consulting's five business segments. Candidates will jumpstart their career with FTI Consulting between July 2027 – September 2027. As a Consultant, you will become a member of a project team and work closely with our professionals and senior leaders to meet our clients’ needs. The role involves on-the-job learning, self-guided professional development courses, and certifications, with a dedicated coach for mentorship and support. Tailored programs are offered for critical professional milestones to ensure career progression.

Requirements

Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between May 2026 – August 2027.
Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis as a full-time employee; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
