About The Position
FTI Consulting is seeking innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated students for a full-time Consultant opportunity upon graduation. Candidates will jumpstart their career with FTI Consulting between July 2027 – September 2027. As a Consultant, you will become a member of a project team and work closely with our professionals and senior leaders to meet our clients’ needs. FTI Consulting is the leading global expert firm for organizations facing crisis and transformation, working with top multinational corporations, law firms, banks, and private equity firms on their most important issues to deliver impact. The role involves resolving disputes, navigating crises, managing risk, and optimizing performance in dynamic and complex situations. You will work side-by-side with leaders, helping solve major challenges in an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, and professional development.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between May 2026 – August 2027.
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis as a full-time employee; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
