About The Position

Our Products & Services practice are looking for an experienced Consultant to join the team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our consulting team, specializing in commercial strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry. This role will focus on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic, business, and IT expertise.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry
• Broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies
• High level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box
• Strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-impact solutions
