As a Consultant, you will be involved in assisting with the planning, coordination, and logistics of site visits, including scheduling, documentation management, and follow-up action tracking. You will also be responsible for gathering, organizing, validating, and analyzing project data to support reporting, project monitoring, and client decision-making. Preparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction Phase, supporting project controls activities including schedule reviews, cost tracking, risk identification, progress monitoring, and performance reporting, and conducting research related to construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published data are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be involved in knowledge management, ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared, and quality control, ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits. You will ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time, and that service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience within the construction, consulting, project management, project controls, or development sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including experience working with large datasets, project reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A recognized university degree

Responsibilities
