This role focuses on leveraging industry knowledge, relationships, and market insights to identify and secure new business opportunities while advising on subrogation processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors)
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales
  • Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance ecosystem
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting / per diem capacity
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the U.S. subrogation market
  • Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion

  • Advise on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
