The Benefits Retirement/Leave Consultant is responsible for select employee benefit programs in support of OhioHealth’s business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals. The Sr. Benefit Consultant reports to the Advisor, Benefits/Wellness. Responsibilities include providing support and operations for OhioHealth’s employee benefit programs and policies with primary focus on retirement plans and programs (i.e., defined benefit and defined contribution plans) and time off and leave programs as well as partnering with managers, associates, providers, system entities, and affiliates to fulfill benefit program goals and achieve success.
