We are looking for a Benefits & Leave Administrator to support team members, supervisors, and the People Operations team through the timely and effective management of benefits and leave processes for all team members at Sound. This role requires a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and an expert-level understanding of regulatory, governing, and operational requirements related to benefits administration, leave administration (state and federal), L&I processes, and the interactive ADA accommodation process. A foundational knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, along with strong facilitation skills, is also essential. To be successful at Sound, you will demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding in your work with both clients and colleagues.
