Under general direction, advanced-level professional human resources work performed in the administration of employee benefits, leave of absence programs, and workplace accommodations. This position serves as a subject matter expert in benefits administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state laws, including PLO, FMLA, OFLA, ADA, and related regulations. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in managing complex and sensitive cases, advising employees and leadership, and developing and improving programs, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
