Requirements
- Skilled in safely driving a dually truck and trailer.
- Team-oriented and punctual construction laborer.
- Able to bend, kneel, stand, comfortably climb ladders & roofs, lift 50-80 lbs., and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Uses clean language, maintains a neat appearance, and upholds faith-based values.
- Brings a strong work ethic and openness to gaining new skills in construction.
- Must provide basic hand tools.
- Experience driving a dually truck and trailer.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Drive crew, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites using a company dually truck and 24-ft trailer.
- Assist with pole barn construction, garage building, and exterior remodeling.
- Support roofing, siding, framing, and general hands-on construction tasks.
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean.
- Travel mostly within one hour of Dalmatia, PA.
