About The Position

The construction utility lead is responsible for assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities. This role involves monitoring trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds. The lead will also give direction and assist with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment. A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide support to team members
Attention to detail in all areas
Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks
Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience
Proactive, positive approach to the safety of him/herself and others
Savvy, knowledge, and personality to coach/mentor others
