About The Position

The construction utility lead is responsible for assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities. This role involves ensuring safe work practices, conferring with management to plan and schedule project assignments, monitoring trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds, and giving direction and assistance with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide support to team members
Attention to detail in all areas
Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks
Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities.
Following safe work practices.
Conferring with management/department heads to plan and schedule project assignments onsite and at all RoyOMartin facilities.
Monitoring trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds.
Giving direction and assisting with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment.
