This position requires the candidate to be solely responsible for and held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Valid driver’s license and decent driving record. OSHA 30/CPR-First Aid/USACE CQM Certifications all preferred but willing to train. This position requires 100% travel and on-site work, often for extended periods, depending on project duration and location. Projects may be located across different states or regions within the United States. Assignments may consist of one large project in a single location or multiple smaller projects within the same region, depending on contract needs. Travel and lodging arrangements will be provided in accordance with company policy. Any per diem or other travel-related allowances, if applicable, will be determined based on project location, duration, and specific assignment requirements. The Superintendent must be willing and able to travel within the United States as required to support project operations.
