About The Position

The Construction Superintendent directly supervises field work performed by A.R. Mays Construction and its subcontractors on assigned projects. As a member of the project team, the Superintendent works with other team leaders to build projects successfully and ensure work is completed on time in accordance with the contract and project schedule. The role is responsible for the project schedule and day-to-day operations, directing work according to the plans while maintaining high quality standards, and managing field operations in a way that enhances the reputation of the client and the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 3–5 years working as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor, or comparable experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore.
