About The Position

The Construction Transportation Manager will be responsible for the direct management and execution of the shuttle operation, ensuring profitability, safety, and long-term success. This role involves leading operational performance, staffing, and execution.

Requirements

• CDL required within 90 days (Passenger + no air brake restriction)
• Drug and alcohol compliance required
• Non-compete required

Responsibilities

• Direct management and execution of the shuttle operation
• Achieve profitability, safety, and long-term success
• Lead operational performance, staffing, and execution
• Manage all drivers and personnel
• Maintain client relationships
• Ensure service execution and staffing alignment
• Develop training programs
• Enforce safety and accountability
• Assume driver responsibilities to protect service levels or budget if needed
