Requirements

Experience with CAD software, including AutoCAD and/or Trimble Business Center
Proficiency operating Trimble Total Station equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Construction or surveying experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate Trimble Total Station equipment to perform accurate building and site layouts
Create, maintain, and update CAD and Trimble files based on field conditions
Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure project accuracy and alignment
Provide technical support that helps keep projects running efficiently and on schedule
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every job site.
