About The Position

The CSE provides construction management support to FEAD/ROICC personnel for inspection, quality assurance, ESS compliance monitoring, and contract administration. Projects may involve repair, demolition, and new construction across typical construction trades for commands and tenants on installations; specific assignments are identified upon arrival. The position requires regular construction-site visits and moderate physical activity, including walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, bending, crouching, climbing ladders and stairs, and lifting objects weighing less than 50 pounds. The CSE must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and brief management personnel. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold a valid driver’s license. A qualifying bachelor’s degree is required, though an additional five years of qualifying experience may substitute for the degree.
