This role supports all Bond lines of business strategies by marketing and underwriting business in partnership with field office specialists. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Construction industry experience a plus.
3 + years of contract surety underwriting experience preferred.
Must be a multi-dimensional team player, possess strong product knowledge, sales ability, and underwriting expertise.
Valid driver’s license as this position may utilize a company vehicle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
High energy self-starter, who is resilient and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills.
Goal-oriented and delivers outcomes.
Superior technical knowledge and sound decision-making and analytical skills.
