About The Position
Looking for a hands-on construction supervisor role where your work actually matters and you still get long weekends? We are a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana, and we’re expanding our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in projects from breaking ground to final state certification and your willingness to lead and train employees as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with new construction and renovation projects from start to finish along with managing a crew of 3 to work along side you
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property
- Working with a tight-knit crew that values safety, quality, and accountability
- Ensuring all work meets Life Safety and Fire Code requirements
- Helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
