SERVPRO of South Shreveport is looking for an experienced, driven Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver high-quality projects from start to finish. If you’re a strong communicator who knows construction, can keep subcontractors and projects on track, and takes pride in quality, organization, and getting the job done right—we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience
- 2-3 years in a superintendent or field leadership role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Commitment to service, integrity, mutual respect, and grit
Responsibilities
- Oversee job sites, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality
- Keep projects moving efficiently and within budget
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
- Identify issues early and drive solutions
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and documentation
