Requirements

• Self-starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project management staff, consultants, architects, and clients.
• 5-7 years of field experience as a lead superintendent.
• Education in construction management (bachelor's degree preferred), related degree, or trade background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, P6, and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software).
• Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting construction documents (specifications, shop drawings, and project plans).
• Background, drug, and alcohol background checks are mandatory requirements for employment.

Nice To Haves

• LEED AP accreditation.
• Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills.
