The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for meeting with homeowners and business owners to review projects, maintaining budgets, creating job schedules, scheduling subcontractors, and ordering materials. This role involves taking assigned projects to completion based on the written scope of repairs, developing professional relationships with subcontractors, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. The Superintendent will also be responsible for updating production files and paperwork, maintaining detailed job notes in job management software, handling customer service duties including problem resolution, following written production procedures, and obtaining permits. Additionally, they will meet with building inspectors and mortgage company inspectors.
