Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site interior renovation projects at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction specializing in renovation work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in multifamily construction supervision
- Education: High school diploma required; construction management degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all construction renovation activities on-site
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers
- Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety regulation
- Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders
- Solve problems proactively and address construction issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
