Requirements

  • Proven experience leading construction projects in the field
  • Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, and all major trades (MEP included)
  • Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
  • Leadership mindset—someone crews respect and want to work for
  • Strong communication with both field teams and clients
  • OSHA 30 certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare construction
  • Background in self-perform work (concrete, civil, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling software

Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day field operations on active construction projects
  • Managing subcontractors, crews, and jobsite coordination
  • Driving project schedules and holding teams accountable
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site
  • Coordinating with Project Managers to keep projects on track
  • Building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
