Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills
Knowledge of all equipment used for job and how to use it
Ability to read and comprehend drawings and blueprints

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science degree in construction management preferred.
Experience in the field preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor employee training and certification.
Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.
Communicate instructions and expectations to construction crews and foremen.
Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer.
Visit and inspect each job site daily.
Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor and equipment.
Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project.
Review, understand, and adhere to all contracts.
Maintain insurable driving record.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
