About The Position

ICG Construction & Landscaping is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across residential and commercial projects in Reno, Nevada. This is a hands-on, field-focused leadership position, rather than a traditional office-based Project Manager role. The superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate employees and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards. Depending on workload and project needs, the role may also function as a Working Superintendent: directly managing and performing hands-on work on assigned projects while supervising and providing quality oversight across other active job sites. The superintendent will spend most of their time in the field, visiting sites, coordinating trades, checking workmanship, and resolving issues. They will work closely with ownership, project managers, estimators, and office staff to ensure projects have the manpower, materials, equipment, information, and direction needed to proceed successfully. The position is full-time and in person in Reno, Nevada. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. Saturday and Sunday are normally off, though additional hours, schedule adjustments, or occasional weekend work may be necessary depending on project deadlines, inspections, seasonal demands, and company workload. Annual salary is $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
