About The Position

DominionX/RoyalX is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to manage onsite roofing, siding, and other exterior construction projects in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The role oversees commercial and multifamily projects from planning and initiation through execution and completion, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, to specifications, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The superintendent coordinates subcontractors and labor teams, leads project meetings, communicates with clients and other stakeholders, conducts site inspections, resolves issues, and maintains project documentation and status reports. The role also promotes a strong safety culture and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Requirements

At least six years of proven experience as a project manager or superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and regulations.
Strong project management skills and in-depth knowledge of roofing systems.
Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting tools.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and documentation.
Ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee exterior construction projects, including roofing and siding, on multifamily and other commercial buildings from initiation through completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and within budget.
Conduct project meetings with clients and subcontractors and build rapport with each group.
Supervise onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to support efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Implement quality control processes to ensure roofing work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Address quality issues during roofing work and implement corrective actions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures related to roofing work.
Promote safety among team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
