About The Position

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Project Superintendent who will be responsible for on-site supervision of all construction activities for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA. The Project Superintendent will focus on field execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager while serving as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for subcontractors and inspectors. The Superintendent will oversee construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinate and manage inspections with Los Angeles County jurisdictions and local agencies, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Daily site walks will be conducted to monitor quality, progress, and site conditions, and the Superintendent will identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and coordination challenges in real time. Management of site logistics, phasing, and sequencing, particularly in occupied or operational facilities, is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining accurate daily reports, logs, and field documentation using Procore. The role includes leading subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings.
