In this role, you will manage renovation projects from initial measurements to final completion, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will recruit and oversee certified cabinet installers for a national kitchen installation program, coordinate project schedules, and maintain communication with customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities include building relationships with installers, conducting field measurements, monitoring job progress, and addressing challenges. As the primary contact for customers, you will provide updates, mentor installation teams, and uphold safety and quality standards, ensuring successful project outcomes and an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
  • General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking
  • Ability to travel to job sites

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
