About The Position
National ENR Top 25 General Contractor seeking qualified field supervision for various commercial projects in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, team-based working environment. Qualified candidates shall possess 5 to 20+ years of experience in the industry and a track record for delivering complex projects with minimal delays and emphasis on customer delight. Proven ability to implement and maintain full control of all field matters while managing the safety and quality on site.
Requirements
- 5 to 20+ years of experience in the industry
- Track record for delivering complex projects with minimal delays
- Emphasis on customer delight
- Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, an engineering discipline or engineering technology
Nice To Haves
- Strong commitment to promoting safety including certifications comparable to OSHA 30
- Ability to be a leader and a mentor as part of diverse team
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to succeed/advance
